"I was a customer of a major discount carrier for over 15 years and had my first claim this month (not my fault). You purchase insurance through the website and not through an agent. Big mistake. The customer service I received from the adjuster was horrible for my first claim. When I was struggling with this adjuster to get assistance with a body shop, I told him that if he cannot help me, I will switch insurance companies. His response, "that's fine." I honestly couldn't believe this response being in customer service oriented job. So after dealing with this company that does not have assigned agents, I decided it was time to find a company with an agent. I found Ms. Howell when I requested a quote through State Farm. Night and day customer service. Her associate Brendan was extremely helpful and responsive setting me up with a policy. Prompt and polite communication. I always thought that if I circumvented an agent and purchased a policy directly from a a discount carrier that I would save money. I was wrong as my policy with State Farm was cheaper with more coverage. Additionally, now have peace of mind that if I ever need help or need to file a claim that I have an actual point of contact. I will recommend this agency to friends and family."
